HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SEND A MARIO E-BIKE TO MY DOOR?

We offer free shipping for orders from our UK and US warehouses. For shipping costs to other regions, please contact us for details. We are happy to come up with a solution for you!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MARIO E-BIKE TO ARRIVE AT MY DOOR?

We cooperate with a number of logistics companies, including sea freight and truck transportation. Shipments from overseas warehouses are delivered by truck, with a delivery time of approximately 7–10 working days. Shipments from China are usually by sea freight, with a delivery time of approximately 45–60 working days.

Please provide your detailed shipping address for inquiry, and we will check and reply to you as soon as possible.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your order.

 

HOW WILL MY Mario E-BIKE BE DELIVERED?

All our Mario e-bikes are carefully inspected before shipment and almost completely assembled in our factory. All our bikes are wrapped in bubble wrap and extra strong carton protection. Upon receipt, you should immediately inspect the product for damage. Freight damage claims can be extremely time sensitive, and therefore, we will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 working days from the Customer’s receipt of the product. You should note any damage to the product on the Bill of Lading before the shipment is accepted. And also document any damage with photographs, and date the images whenever possible. Furthermore, you should keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.

 

Can I cancel or return my Mario E-Bike?

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our Mario e-bikes. We are confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our Mario e-bikes, so return the e-bike is rejected but you can cancel the order if not under the process, we will send you the whole refund and refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. A 10% processing fee will be applied for any order being canceled if under the process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if they elect to return or exchange their bikes. Get in touch and let us know how to help you.
